Whether your style is flamboyant, trendy, eclectic or a more sophisticated classical elegance, The Fabric Shop can offer beautiful interiors to complement your existing interiors or create a brand new look for you. We have an extensive library of wallpaper and fabric books on display in our showroom as well as stunning specialist poles and tracks which can accommodate even the most unusual installation! We offer fabrics from a wide range of the biggest names in the soft furnishings world including Harlequin, Romo, Sanderson, Villa Nova, Nono and Today Interiors. As all of our curtains are custom made we can come up with some creative solutions and offer a number of different styles and options. We really want to work out with you what it is you would like to achieve and then together we will come up with some colour and design schemes which we feel fit your requirements.
Once we have given you a price based on your rough dimensions you have two options. The first is for you to collect the curtains and hang them yourself. The second is how we prefer to operate if we are installing new tracks or poles for you. That is we will schedule time to come and take accurate manufacturing measurements. If you would like us to bring the book that your chosen fabric is in with us then please just ask – that way you can see it in your own home.
Custom Romans
Roman blinds from The Fabric Shop combine the simplicity of blinds with the warmth and versatility of soft furnishing fabrics. Traditionally they have appeared to be bulky when raised with lots of trailing cords which need to be wound around some type of cleat or hook but not so today at The Fabric Shop.Every Roman blind custom manufactured by The Fabric shop is individually designed using a special computer program to ensure that all folds lie in a neat gradient rather than all stacked on top of one another.
In addition the method of operation us by a continuous metal chain which can be set at a pre-determined length thus avoiding unsightly and dangerous trailing cords. Motorised radio controlled roman blinds are also possible.
The beauty of roman blinds is that they can be made up in virtually any of the thousands of fabrics available at The Fabric Shop.
